Hi, I'm Ryan - an 8-year health enthusiast, 6-year back injury overcomer, 4-year natural bodybuilder, and an NCCA-accredited NASM fitness professional. After herniating discs at L4-L5-S1 during collegiate rowing, I became dedicated to regaining control of my health and returning to my passion for strength and progress in the gym. Through years of study and application of evidence-based training methods, I discovered how to maximize results while staying pain-free. Along the way, I also recognized how much misinformation floods social media and even the coaching industry.
